The Ppa brings together the municipalities of Canet-En-Roussillon and Sainte-Marie-La-Mer around a common problem: developing an urban recomposition strategy capable of ensuring the transformation of seaside resorts into tourist cities and a permeability of the urban fabric based on biodiversity reserves and ecological corridors (promoting active mobility and developing natural spaces in cities). The first action of the Ppa consists in carrying out an overall study with the aim of adopting a Tet Mediterranee 2040 master plan and guide plans for operational purposes. Following the signing of the co-project management agreement with the city of Sainte Marie, the City of Canet-En-Roussillon, designated contracting authority, ensures all the prerogatives of the project management mission as they result from Article L.2422-12 of the Public Procurement Code
