The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a rental agreement for a police station to be planned according to the requirements of the AG on a property to be provided by the contractor, located in the defined selection area in Herne. The project can be realized either by reconstruction, refurbishment and modernization of an existing property, by adapting an already under construction object or by planning and new construction of a property specially tailored to the needs of the client. In the case of joint use of the property or building with other users, it must always be ensured that the AG is housed in a self-sufficient, separately developed part of the building and that the usable areas of the AG are connected.
