The subject of the order is delivery to the Employer's gas station in Głogów at ul. Transportowa 3 diesel fuel that meets the requirements of the Polish standard PN EN 590 and quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680) in the amount from 1 100 000 to 1,200,000 liters. The order will be carried out in two-week deliveries. The minimum volume of a single delivery is 25,000 liters. Detailed dates and quantity of diesel oil ordered will be notified by the Employer to the Contractor by e-mail 2 days before the delivery date planned by the Employer. The Contractor together with the fuel will provide quality certificates of the supplied fuel, and at the request of the Employer will collect samples of the supplied fuel together with the Employer. The amount of fuel delivered will be settled on the basis of a verified tank counter at a reference temperature of +15
