Belspo finances a program dedicated to the digitization of the scientific and cultural heritage of the federal scientific institutions and the Belgian Royal Film Library. Within this program, part of the digitization is done by the institutions and the rest is outsourced via public service contracts (procedure open at European level for a period of 4 years possibly extendable by 1 year) coordinated by Belspo. A new phase of the DIGIT-04 program (extending from 2019 to 2024) began in January of this year. As part of this new phase, we are launching a service contract for the digitization of 2 lots:

- large formats (from A1),

- videos (different media and formats).

Within each lot, we will work by project. For this market, we will start from presumed quantities that are indicated in the specifications.
