The Municipality of Passage d'Agen is committed to reducing its impact on the environment, particularly in the management of its green spaces. As such, it intends to give priority to all techniques and materials that can reduce this impact. Therefore, any candidate wishing to bid will have to take this context into account in the tender he submits. The purpose of this contract is to provide services for the maintenance of municipal green spaces. These annual maintenance services include: mowing, hedge trimming, brush clearing, tree pruning and felling, reasoned mowing of verges, maintenance of sidewalks and waterlines, maintenance of cemeteries

Mowing of green spaces: This consultation concerns the mowing of plots with or without collection as and when needed on the territory of the Municipality of Passage d'Agen. The land covers approximately 25,000 square metres in 15 different locations.

- Hedge trimming: Shrub pruning work consists of carrying out the following work: Gentle pruning for restructuring, reformation or flowering; Pruning annoying or dangerous branches; Aeration and cleaning size; Pruning of diseased or dead branches or quarters

These include maintenance on sidewalks and cemeteries using an electric disc brushcutter, water wires with disc brushcutter, green spaces and cemeteries

The services of pruning and felling of trees, which are the subject of this contract, consist of carrying out maintenance pruning, framing thinning, felling of dead or dangerous trees, and trimming of stumps. All services must comply with the rules of the art and the fundamental principles of horticulture

Rational mowing of road approaches consists of cutting vegetation on the three parts of the roadsides, namely the shoulder, the ditch and the embankment, to ensure the safety of users (pedestrians, motorists, cyclists, motorcyclists), improve visibility around intersections and in curves, allow motorists to stop urgently on the side of the road, respect the landscape quality of the area in question by promoting the diversity of flora and fauna, to preserve and promote the role of refuge and biological corridors of roadsides
