The purpose of this contract is the assignment of the service of drafting the Forest Management Plan of the Giogo-Casaglia Forest Complex of the Agricultural Forest Heritage of the Region
Tuscany administered by the Unione Montana dei Comuni del Mugello pursuant to Regional Law 39/2000 "Forestry Law of Tuscany".
The realization of the service must take place in compliance with the legislative and regulatory indications of the Tuscany Region, in accordance with the new directives approved with the decrees n.
2 of 11/01/2021 and n.22 of 08/03/2021 of Ente Terre Regionali Toscane, as well as to Legislative Decree n.34 / 2018 "New Consolidated Forestry Act" and related implementing decrees, and to the European, national and regional legislation in force for regional reserves, wildlife oases and areas subject to constraints (landscape, historical, cultural, monumental, etc.).
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to € 184,319.77 plus social security contributions and VAT 22%.

There are no charges for the implementation of the Security Plans as there are no risks of interference in the execution of the service. If they occur, the Contracting Authority will draw up the D.U.V.R.I..
For the purpose of calculating the actual value to be paid, the above amounts will be discounted by the winning Economic Operator, as indicated in the economic bid.
This contract will have a total duration of 300 days starting from the date of start of the service.
