This contract concerns upkeep and maintenance services for the roof terraces and roofs of the buildings of the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour (UPPA) spread over 5 geographical sites: PAU site (64), Anglet site (64), BAYONNE site (64), Mont de Marsan site (40), TARBES site (65)

The contract includes three types of services:- Preventive maintenance:An annual visit including the execution of maintenance work as well as the establishment of a report.- Corrective maintenance (Out of package):These additional services are to be carried out on orders from the buyer; these are made by issuing successive purchase orders, according to needs and according to the unit price list.- Emergency repairs (Out of package):These additional services are to be carried out on orders from the buyer; These are made by issuing successive purchase orders, as required and according to the unit price list
