The object of the contract is the supply of technical gases and sample gas mixtures through periodic administration or as required by Hera Group Laboratories, including related ancillary services. In particular, the supply of technical gases in total gas management mode is envisaged (e.g. automatic reordering, level monitoring, device maintenance, emergency services in case of need).

The main object of the contract is the supply of technical gases, in particular liquefied argon and nitrogen, helium, air and oxygen, with Total Gas Management mode and sample gas mixtures used for the calibration of analytical equipment.

The ancillary activities related to the "Total Gas Management service" consist in the management of automatic reordering, level monitoring, possible maintenance of the devices, emergency service in case of need, etc.

The duration of the contract, in relation to the particular type of supply, is one year, from 01/10/2023 to 30/09/2024, possibly renewable, from year to year, for a maximum of further 2 (two) years at the sole discretion of the Customer.

It should be noted that the contract by its nature is to be considered unitary, therefore, the participation of vertical R.T.I. is not allowed; Ancillary services in relation both to the close functional interconnection with the main subject matter and to the extent of the same are not subcontractable.
