Description of the assignment

Object of these services: Drawing up the master plan for OPZ Geel and the integral design of the sub-projects.

Comments: This selection guide explains the assignment Preparation of the master plan for OPZ Geel and the integral design of the subprojects". Opz Geel will use a design assignment to look for a design team for the design of both the new master plan and the design and realization of the already known first sub-project.

The award procedure aims at the award of the contractor who must draw up a complete master plan for the entire campus and the integral design assignment for the already known 1st subproject.

Optionally, the design and realization of the entire master plan can be part of the assignment.

The scope of the assignment includes:

- drawing up a strategic master plan, in line with the care strategic vision of OPZ Geel, the developments in the sector and the expectations of the relevant stakeholders;

- the master plan includes an indication (in time and costs) of the sub-projects for at least the next 20 years;

- preparation of communication material for internal and corporate communication of the master plan;

- design assignment (architecture, environment, techniques and stability) for the first sub-assignment, in particular a renovation and new construction for the current division Elderly;

- drawing up the environmental permit file;

- preparation and supervision of the entire file at VIPA;

- optional: the design of any subsequent sub-assignments of the master plan.
