The mission of MOE is to study and carry out the integration work of all the equipment that must be equipped with the Infrastructure Maintenance Site (Smi) of Vitry to ensure its activity. The studies will include the definition of the work on the works carried out by the SGP that will be necessary for the installation of tertiary furniture and industrial equipment of the RATP. Indeed, the site will be finalized in terms of building finishes, but will have to be equipped with tertiary and industrial furniture (workbenches, storage, handling, etc.). Minor alterations of premises will be necessary to implement these furniture as well as to incorporate functional programmatic changes. The 6-storey, 21,000m² site is composed of tertiary premises, operating spaces (changing rooms, workshops, logistics, etc.), a repair hall for railway intervention vehicles, indoor parking, etc.

the service is divided into 2 firm tranches (Tf1: avp, pro/dce and ACT, Tf2: integration of furniture and possible modification work in the BIM model) and 3 optional tranches (To1: visa, det, aor, gpa, To2: summary under BIM, To3: BIM manager mission). The telecom EOM is out of mission, it will be provided internally RATP. The estimate of the works is 700,000 eurosht, excluding tertiary furniture and industrial equipment to be installed. The incumbent will have to coordinate the internal MOEs of the RATP, the moe sgp, the suppliers of tertiary furniture and industrial equipment and other project actors (opc, ct, csps, etc.). It will establish environmental requirements for the work to be carried out. The holder will assist the MOA for the purchase of tertiary furniture and industrial equipment. Upon the provision of the works by the SGP, the holder will carry out a comparison audit with the SGP documents taken into account during the preparation of his studies.
