For this project author's mission, the contracting authority wishes to appoint a multidisciplinary team composed of an architect, a stability engineer, a special technical engineer, a landscape architect, an EPB advisor, a health safety coordinator and a site guide.
The contracting authority wishes to have a direct contractual link with the architect, the engineer in special techniques, the health safety coordinator and the support officer.
In the event that the specific personnel necessary to carry out all of the planned assignments do not meet within the same professional structure, a team of participants is formed into a group of economic operators.
The person who will represent the group with regard to the contracting authority, and who will be responsible for coordinating the studies and services carried out by the other members of the group is the architect.
Applications which do not guarantee the contracting authority from the selection phase to benefit from this direct contractual link will be rejected.
However, subcontracting is authorized for the following missions: EPB advisor, stability engineer, landscape architect.
