The assignment concerns the execution of repair work on objects and constructions in the public space of the municipality of Breda. The objects/constructions that fall within the scope of this assignment are:

Moorings and mooring facilities

Palenplan.

Benches and picnic tables.

Sidering elements and civil engineering works of art.

The assignment explicitly does not concern:

(Planned) ground, sewerage and paving work in public spaces.

24-hour emergency service in case of environmental incidents, calamities and other emergency situations.

For this, the municipality of Breda has agreements with other contractors.

The repair work on moorings in the waterways in and around the city, for the benefit of tourism and recreation. In addition, there are other small facilities, such as jetties, fishing piers and decking. The work must be carried out within a maximum of five working days. In the event of an urgent notification, the maximum lead time (at the request of the management) may be shorter, a few hours. For example, to prevent damage to other boats.

The on-demand (re)installation and replacement of (sealing) poles in the municipality of Breda, within a maximum of five working days after notification. In the event of an urgent notification, the maximum lead time (at the request of the management) may be shorter, one or two working days. In the Stadshart and other shopping centers, these are sinkable poles.

The on-demand (re)installation and replacement of benches and/or picnic tables in the municipality of Breda, within a maximum of fourteen working days after notification. In the event of an urgent notification, the maximum lead time (at the request of the management) may be shorter, one or two working days.

The on-demand (re)installation and replacement of sising elements (visual art objects, furniture and works of art to indicate a pedestrian crossing) and minor construction and civil engineering work (on bridges, tunnels, earth barriers, stone baskets, etc.) in the municipality of Breda.

Some ornamental elements are also building objects (carillon, fencing, walls, hanging benches). Because of the inextricable connection with building objects and constructions, carrying out repair work on all kinds of small construction and civil engineering works also falls within this plot. The number of working days within which the work must be carried out after notification depends on the situation and the type of object / construction. Safety comes first. Often materials have to be ordered for the repair work, so the total duration of the work (partly) depends on the delivery times
