Leiden University of Applied Sciences wishes to conclude a new framework agreement for 4 years and 3 options years for supplying and keeping sanitary facilities operational.

In the current situation, the assignment relates to the properties below. During the contract, there is a possibility that properties will be changed.

Main building at Zernikedreef 11;

H and J building on the Hildebrandpad;

Z building at Zernikedreef 10;

Le Carrefour (core 4) on Dellaertweg 7F;

LCAB at Darwinweg 24.

The aim of the tender is to realize an appropriate range of sanitary facilities, which is in line with the goals and housing policy of the Facility Company & Housing. HL wants to work together with a reliable partner who advises/thinks along with HL and contributes to the positive experience of the student and employee.

Scope of service: the supply and keeping sanitation operational and the supply of consumables.
