The assignment includes providing travel services to Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from the position of travel agent including all associated services, tailored to the diversity in customer needs at the university of applied sciences.

Hanze University of Applied Sciences intends to conclude a framework agreement with one tenderer for filling the role of travel agent.

Hanze University of Applied Sciences wishes to conclude this framework agreement for an initial period of two years. At the end of the initial term of the agreement, the client has the option to extend the agreement four times for one year each. It is the intention of the client to use the entire contract duration.

The assignment includes providing travel services to Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from the position of travel agent including all associated services, tailored to the diversity in customer needs at hoheschool and consists of:

- Providing and facilitating an online booking tool that allows the booker to book travel independently without the intervention of the travel consultant;

- Supporting the transition from booking travel through customer service to booking trips through the online booking tool offered;

- Providing and making available online all relevant information about travel and accommodation to the traveler and the Client in one place;

- Making offers for travel based on the most suitable travel option and alternative travel options;

- Booking, reserving, spending, changing and cancelling trips, accommodation and other services directly related to travel and accommodation (such as advice on travel advice from BUZA, vaccination or the (addition) booking of large luggage, etc.) for the benefit of employees of the client;

- Taking care of and making the necessary (travel) documentation and travel documents available (online) in a timely manner;

- Assisting with, and applying for, visas;

- Offering a 24-hour service desk for general support of travelers and handling emergencies and emergencies;

- Reclaiming unused tickets;

- Submitting claims for damages as a result of delayed or cancelled flights and/or train journeys;

- Registering and monitoring complaints and customer satisfaction;

- Offering possibilities for booking group travel for employees;

- Providing management and management information;
