The subject of the contract is the delivery with assembly, commissioning, checking and connection to the power supply of two air conditioning systems (JZ-2 and JZ-3), in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in detail in the design documentation for the task entitled: "Installation of Air Conditioning in selected rooms of the building of the Regional Court (historic part) located at 12A Seminaryjska Street in Kielce" developed by IKA Katarzyna Lewińska, Armii Krajowej 68 m. 25 94-046 Łódź The design documentation and its content constitute Annex 11a to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly, commissioning, checking and connection to the power supply of two air conditioning systems (CH1 and CH2) in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in detail in the design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works for the task entitled: "Delivery, assembly and commissioning of air-conditioning equipment in selected rooms of the building of the District Court in Kielce, Wróblewskiego 4 Street" developed by AM-PROJEKT Aleksandra Lipiec, Pułaskiego 5/85, 35-011 Rzeszów. The design documentation constitutes Annex 11b to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly, commissioning, checking and connection to the power supply of air conditioning systems, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in detail in the design documentation entitled: "Construction project of the extension of the air conditioning system in selected rooms of the District Court in Starachowice" developed by KOMBUD Rafał Marciniak Brużyca 38, 95-070 Aleksandrów Łódzki. The design documentation constitutes Annex 11c to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly, commissioning, checking and connection to the power supply of three air conditioning systems (CH1, CH2, CH3) in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in detail in the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works for the task entitled: "Delivery, assembly and commissioning of air-conditioning equipment in selected rooms of the building of the District Court in Włoszczów at Kusocińskiego 11" developed by AM-PROJEKT Pulaskiego 5/85, 35-011 Rzeszów. The design documentation constitutes Annex 11d to the SWZ.
