Development of project documentation and authorial supervision for Investment in real estate FSUSR - broken down into 4 parts

Development of project documentation and authorial supervision for the Investment:

Part 1 —,, Renovation of the utility building with outdoor works, with particular emphasis on the drainage of the property, in the property owned by FSUSR in Gniezno, Reymonta 2",

Part 2 — “Adaptation of basement rooms to the deed in the FSUSR building in Ostrów Wielkopolski at 41 Krotoszyńska Street”,

Part 3 — “Renovation of the building in the area of replacement of carpeting in indicated rooms, replacement of windows and doors, renovation of bathrooms, painting of interior walls and facade of the building and warming of the ceiling in the garage with accompanying works — in the FSUSR facility in Rzeszów at J. Słowackiego 7 Street”,

Part 4 - “Comprehensive renovation of 27 bathrooms with replacement of bathroom and entrance doors

for rooms, renovation of 15 room balconies and replacement of polycarbonate to glass canopies with maintenance of metal balconies brackets in FSUSR property in Świnoujście, 17" M. Konopnicka Street.

Development of design documentation and authorial supervision for the renovation of the building in Gniezno.

Development of project documentation and authorial supervision for the Investment:,, Repair of the utility building together with outdoor works, with particular emphasis on the drainage of the property, in the property owned by FSUSR in Gniezno, al. Reymonta 2”.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is set out in Annex 2a PPU.

Implementation consists of 2 stages

Phase I - execution of the design documentation, together with obtaining, respectively - final building permits or certificates of failure to object to the performance of construction works,

Phase II - supervision during the implementation of the investment, with the Ordering Party anticipating that this will occur within a period of not more than 24 months from the date of acceptance of the project documentation.

Execution of project documentation together with authorial supervision in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

Development of project documentation and authorial supervision for the Investment: “Adaptation of basement rooms to the deed in the FSUSR building in Ostrów Wielkopolski at 41 Krotoszyńska Street.”

Słowackiego Street 7.”

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No 2c.
