The subject of the work is the collection and transport of various listed waste fractions as well as the distribution of banderols,

Adhesive labels and official garbage bags of the ZASO. The services are divided into the listed lots. Each lot covers the entire area of the Saale-Orla district. The services of collecting and transporting waste subject to the connection and use obligations stipulated in ZASO's Waste Management Ordinance include their delivery to disposal facilities of the Zweckverband or to other recovery facilities contractually bound and designated by ZASO.

Lot 1 concerns collection and transport as well as delivery to municipal and municipal waste industries designated by the Zweckverband, ie

- waste generated in private households (residual waste), which is suitable for filling in the approved waste containers, and does not require separate disposal,

- as well as of waste in other areas of origin than private households (household-like industrial waste), as far as it can be disposed of by type and amount together with or as household waste. (In the following, these fractions are collectively referred to as "household and similar waste", sometimes also collectively referred to as "household waste"),

- in each case from the area of the Saale-Orla-Kreis. The lot 1 service also covers the distribution of banderols, stickers and official garbage bags on behalf of and on behalf of ZASO and the establishment and maintenance of a distribution network.

Lot 2 covers the collection and transport as well as the delivery to plants named by the association of the following waste fractions:

- Bulky waste (municipal waste which, because of its bulkiness or weight, can not be disposed of through municipal waste containers and does not belong to recyclables, WEEE, construction waste, green waste or hazardous waste). In the following, the term bulky refuse is also understood to mean old windows and doors comprising window casements and frames as well as door leaf and frame, unless special designs are made for this purpose,

- WEEE (within the meaning of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act - ElektroG,

- leftover scrap.
