framework agreement with purchase order and mixed prices concerning the maintenance services of the green spaces of the residences of the real estate heritage of SEMIPFA. The recurring maintenance services will be carried out on a flat-rate basis (Dpgf) and according to the contractual schedule, the one-off services will be carried out as and when SEMIPFA needs on the basis of the unit price schedule (BPU). The contract is single-awarded. It is subject to a social integration clause
