As part of the expansion for all-day care and the areas for the elementary school, the existing two-storey multi-purpose building is to be added to. This could be a three-story extension. The attached drafts are non-binding and should only be understood as a spatial concept. Due to the non-existent development plan, the cubature has already been agreed with the building authority in advance and represents the maximum height in terms of height. The floor plan described below is a non-binding proposal from the Wetteraukreis. In the event of changes, the standards of the Wetterau district for economic construction, the spatial program for primary schools and the space requirements described must be observed. The standard manual is only a guideline, the application of which must be agreed in advance in writing with the responsible project management in the ongoing project.
Further information can be found in Annex 01 property description and Annexes 18-23.
Project goal:
From a qualitative point of view, the aim of the extension is to erect an ecological building which, among other things, offers a pleasant learning atmosphere even in the increasing summer heat without installing an air conditioning system. Furthermore, the management costs should be reduced or minimized to the bare minimum over the life cycle of the building (construction phase, use phase: 50 years, utilization phase), in particular with the cost drivers cleaning, caretaker services, heat, electricity, maintenance (particular vandalism damage caused by school operations) and maintenance. When planning and executing the project, economic efficiency must always be taken into account.
The following planning services must be provided for this:
- Specialist planning services for the technical equipment for the plant groups 410, 420, 430 and 480 including the associated KG 550 according to Part 4 Technical planning, Section 2: Technical equipment, according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2013.
It is planned to commission the service in stages. First, the commissioning of the service phases 1-4 (level A) and after clarification of all building law issues (no later than 2 months after receiving the building permit), the service phases 5 - 9 (level B). By submitting an offer for the complete scope of services, the contractor does not generate any entitlement to the commissioning of service level B. The client may commission the services of level B to the contractor without prior implementation of a further award procedure, or without giving reasons for a further commissioning refrain.
For more information, please see the service description attached as Appendix 02.
