This contract consists of the provision of a payment solution for paid on-street parking spaces via the telephone network (SMS) and/or the internet network (mobile application and website).
The market is divided into lots as follows:
- Lot 1 "Payment via telephone network (sms)"
- Lot 2 "Payment via the internet (mobile application - website)"
Tenderers may submit bids for one or both lots.
Also included in this contract are:
- the provision of a specific interface to access the database constituted by the encodings of the users of the services offered, it being understood that this database must be compatible with our current management system for paid on-street parking, namely the Q2C software;
- the promotion of the services made available (communication actions of the service rendered, documents, etc.). (see contract documents)
