Lolland Municipality wants to build a new children's institution in Nakskov. The present tender thus includes design and follow-up on the execution of a new children's institution, including outdoor areas in accordance with the Performance Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 with the developer's deviations, additions, changes and clarifications.

The total area of the building is approx. 1,000 m2, as well as approx. 9,000 m2 of outdoor areas incl. play area and parking area.

The contracting entity has prepared a building programme with the wishes and requirements for the development. The consultant takes over the material and then has full responsibility for the project.

The Municipality of Lolland intends to enter into an agreement with a turnkey consultant comprising architectural, engineering and landscape architect competencies on total consultancy in connection with the design and follow-up on the execution of the above daycare centre in accordance with the Performance Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 with the client's deviations, additions, changes and clarifications.

Tenders for contracts must be made in fagentreprises. The total craftsman's expenses are expected to amount to approximately DKK 22.3 million.
