The Arts Council requires the services of a single service provider, with suitable experiences and qualified resources, to provide Graphic design, Brand consultancy and Print management services. The required services are broken down as follow: • Graphic design covers full spectrum of graphic design and related services in a manner that complements existing publications and design work, that includes corporate identity, a full stationery suite, company literature, annual reports, leaflets, guides, policy reports, publications, corporate materials and collateral as required, packaging, signage, print procurement, project management, art direction or any design initiative that may be required. • Concept and artwork are also required for some social media and online output, including still graphics, video graphics and banners. • Brand consultancy includes strategy, positioning, architecture, naming and identity, brand acknowledgement requirements advice, logo guidelines and any other related requirements. • Print management involves managing the full range of Arts Council’s print requirements, ensuring documents and other collateral is provided to specification and on time.
