The building has three entrances. There are three lifts and three staircases in the building. The building is equipped with a laundry on the ground floor and a cleaning room on each floor as well as a central vacuum cleaner.

The section for property, archives and administrative systems is responsible for cleaning services, and there are currently 2 permanent cleaners in the building with their own cleaning posts. The contract must also cover temporary needs for Statistics Norway's own cleaners in connection with illness and holidays. The scope of the agreement can be changed in the event of natural departure of permanent cleaners.
