The CNR is seeking to set up a multi-awarded framework agreement for Asbestos and Lead Operational Assistance missions covering the missions of identification, control, updating and visual examination.

Assistance to Operational Expertise – Asbestos and Lead in order to:

* Carry out the Asbestos Identification service before Works (RAT) adapted for the following areas: installations, structures, equipment contributing to the realization or implementation of an activity, built buildings, civil engineering works, asphalt, land, ships, boats

* Following the realization of the RAT carry out the payment service of all samples and results of analyzes in the Asbestos Electromechanical Process File (DAPE CNR)

* Perform the DTA service

* Carry out the service of Control and updating of the DAPE CNR

* Carry out the control and updating service of the CNR DTAs

* Perform the visual inspection service after asbestos removal or containment work

* Carry out the Lead Marking service before Works adapted to the industrial process (RPTPE)

* Following the realization of the RPTPE realize the payment service of all the samples and results of the analyzes in the Dossier Plomb Process Electromécanique (DPPE CNR)

* Perform the CREP service

* Carry out the service of Control and updating of the DPPE CNR

* Carry out the service of Control and updating of CREP CNR

* Carry out the inspection service after work in the presence of lead

The laboratory carrying out the asbestos analysis will be accredited for the implementation of methods for the detection and identification of asbestos naturally present in manufactured materials and products. The laboratory must be accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) or by any other accreditation body signatory to the European multilateral accreditation agreement (EA)

The missions identified with an asterisk must be considered essential missions and as such they cannot be subcontracted by the candidate.
