The purpose of this consultation is to rehabilitate the Grande Nave of Île des Vannes and its annex the building “a” located in Île-Saint-Denis (93) and more specifically:
— lot 1: Drinking/asbestos removing/heavy work/VRD;
— Lot 2: enclosed covered/restoration of concrete-locksmith.
Each lot constitutes a fractional market with instalments and at a lump-sum aggregate price. In accordance with Article R. 2113-4 of the Public Order Code, each lot includes a firm slice and two optional tranches:
— Firm section (TF): rehabilitation of the Grand Nave;
— Optional tranche 1 (TO 1): development and accessibility work for Building A;
— Optional tranche 2 (TO 2): complete rehabilitation of building A.
The contracting authority shall strengthen either optional tranche 1 or optional tranche 2. It is not envisaged to strengthen the two optional tranches.
Cleaning/Asbestos removing/Stalwork/VRDLot 1 includes clearing, asbestos removal, treatment of lead-polluted works, major work/restructuring and HRD. Lot 1 is concluded from the date of notification and will terminate upon completion of the guarantee of perfect completion (for the firm installment and for one of the two optional installments in case of strengthening). Lot 1 has an estimated duration of 35 months (two months for the preparation period, 21 months for the period of execution of the works and twelve months for the guarantee of perfect completion).
Closed covered/concrete restoring-locksmithLot 2 includes enclosed works and restoration of concrete-locksmith. Lot 2 is concluded from the date of notification and will terminate upon completion of the guarantee of perfect completion (for the firm installment and for one of the two optional installments in case of strengthening). Lot 2 has an estimated duration of 35 months (two months for the preparation period, 21 months for the period of execution of the works and twelve months for the guarantee of perfect completion).
