The purpose of this contract is the management, communication and monitoring services of the Scene Program, a campaign promoted by the Department of Culture and the Catalan Institute of Cultural Companies (hereinafter, the Program).

The company that is awarded will provide the services of design and management of tools and strategies for attracting the public and cultural offer, communication, attention to users and cultural agents, and data analysis, related to the Program.
