This service contract concerns a complete mission of study and monitoring of the works which includes all the ordinary services incumbent on the architect, including services in the field of stability, special techniques (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electricity, fire safety, drainage), acoustics, integrated furniture, 1st equipment, signage, a landscaper, the mission of EPB (Energy Performance of Buildings) advisor, the mission of surveying the land and buildings if necessary as well as the coordination between the aforementioned disciplines.

Part 1: Basis of the Toots Thielemans School contract. This phase includes several project sheets. In the renovation here: (Described in Volume 3)  A new school entrance  Green playgrounds  Open workshops  The open gym  The open refectory  A showcase for the school The closed-envelope budget for the entire phase 1 (works and studies) as defined in these specifications is € 1,633,503.63 including VAT works and fees. Part 2: Chassis and roof insulation. It is planned to replace the frames for part of the buildings and the insulation of some roofs. (Described in Volume 3) The closed envelope budget for the whole of phase 2 (works and studies) as defined in these specifications is € 295,000 including VAT, works and fees included.
