The purpose of this call for tenders is to secure the delivery of a number of training, consultancy and related services for various levels of staff in the institutions, bodies and agencies of the European Union who either exercise management responsibilities or who are likely to do so in the future. The services are divided into 6 lots. The aim of this call for tender relates to the ceiling increase of lot 4: consultancy services for those dealing with human resources.
