FinnHEMS - Maintenance Information System (MIS) for continuous airworthiness management (CAMO) software as a service (SaaS) and expandable to maintenance (Part 145)

FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter "FinnHEMS"), is providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) at seven bases. FinnHEMS operates four H145- and five EC135- helicopters.

FinnHEMS launched public tender process to procure Maintenance Information System ("System") for continuous airworthiness management. The System shall be provided as a service (SaaS). The System shall be expandable to Part 145 maintenance.

FinnHEMS selected one provider. Selection criteria as stated in the procurement documents.

The procured System shall be supported by the provider for at least ten (10) years.

The Contract signing was done 24.10.2022.
