The object of this contract is the award of a new centrally hosted collection management system to replace the two current heritage databases Erfgoedinzicht and Erfgoedplus, the migration of data (metadata and images) to the new system (both for users who want to stay connected and for new users who wish to join) and the provision of the necessary sustainable services (train the trainer courses, 2nd line helpdesk, etc.).
