The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of maintenance of roads, trails and wood depots, to be performed in the area of the Forest District Miechów, in 2023.
Part 1 - Package 12 - specialist road maintenance package - the area of the entire Forest District 03-14-The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of: maintenance of road infrastructure, to be performed in the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Part 2 - Package 13 - specialist package maintenance of skidding routes - the area of the entire Forest District 03-14-The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of: maintenance of skidding trails and wood depots, to be performed in the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
Part 3- Package 15- specialist package maintenance of permanent skidding routes - the area of the entire Forest District 03-14-The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of: maintenance of skidding trails and wood depots, to be performed in the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
