TF: Rehabilitation of 569 housing units divided into 9 buildings including the replacement of exterior joinery, renovation of bathrooms, replacement of heating circuits, renovation of common areas, accessibility and creation of elevators. To 1: adaptation of housing to "seniors" by restructuring the main typologies and completing their facilities. To 2: recomposition of the grain size of the heritage, by integrating any elevations. To 3: change of image of the buildings in accordance with their initial architectural style and the requirements relating to obtaining the eco-district label. To 4: opening of an "urban" passage in the Bonpain bar.
