MiPih wishes to acquire and deploy two electronic signature solutions: - The first solution acquired for an unlimited period (perpetual transfer of right of use) will allow each hospital to generate electronic signatures for its users within each of the Information Systems. - The second will include the ability to sign by generating a certificate on the fly.
