The Norwegian Government has decided that feasibility studies of the first full-scale plant for CO2 capture and storage in Norway shall be initiated. The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (OED), c/o the Department for Climate, Industry and Technology (KIT) is responsible for the organisation, planning and implementation of a potential first full-scale project in Norway. OED requires support in connection with the preparation of an organisation model, general follow up of the project as well as management and evaluation.
