The item of the order is divided into two parts:

(a) part no. I: the security of the facility at 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw and the intervention patrol of the facility at 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw and the premises located at 8A Zwierzyniecka Street in Warsaw,

b) Part No II: the protection of building no. 26 at 9 Dominikańska Street in Mount Calvary (Archives of court records).

In the scope of Parts No I and II, the Contractor, whose offer is chosen as the most favourable, will be obliged before signing the contract to provide a security for the proper performance of the contract amounting to 5% of the total price with the VAT indicated in the tender. Information on the security is specified in Chapter X of the specification of the terms of the contract.

The object of the order is the security of the facility at 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw and the intervention patrol of the facility at 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw and the premises located at 8A Zwierzyniecka Street in Warsaw, covering its scope of the following tasks:

- Task No 1: the security of the facility at 100 Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw housing the economic departments of the District Court in Warsaw and the District Court for Warsaw in Warsaw,

- task number 2: protection of common property in the property at Czerniakowska Street 100

in Warsaw, jointly owned by the Ministry of Justice and the District Court in Warsaw, which is governed by the Regional Court in Warsaw on the basis of an agreement between the Parties,

- Task No 3: Interventional Patrol, interventions at the facility at Czerniakowska Street 100 and the facility housing the 1st Opiniodawcza Team of Judicial Specialists located at 8 A Zwierzyniecka Street in Warsaw.

The object of the order is the protection of building No. 26 at 9 Dominikańska Street in Góra Kalwaria (Archives of court records).
