This consultation is launched with a view to awarding two contracts for the co-audit mission for Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur for the years 2019 to 2024.

The service covers:

- audit of the annual company accounts established under French standards,

- audit of the annual consolidated accounts established in French standards,

- audit of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS for group auditors,

- examination of the half-yearly IFRS financial statements for group auditors,

- certifications required by the DGAC grantor and the banks in the context of financing,

- any other additional services (not yet known to date).
