The OWO municipalities intend to contract several suppliers by means of framework agreements for engineering services for policy plans relating to the physical living environment, part: Planning in various disciplines.

In general terms, this framework agreement includes products that contribute to the spatial quality of the OWO municipalities and that find their basis in the Spatial Planning Act (Wro) until 1-1-2023 and the Environment and Planning Act (Ow), which is expected to apply on 1-1-2023. The transition period Wro and the Environment and Planning Act is part of this framework agreement.
