the consultation concerns the acquisition, delivery, possible assembly (including balancing) of tires for light vehicles (Vl), all terrain and heavy vehicles (Pl) as well as various ancillary services for the needs of the departmental fire and rescue service of Charente-Maritime. The services are broken down into two separate lots that will be processed by separate framework agreements.The services will be the subject of a fractional framework agreement with purchase orders with only a maximum in application of articles R. 2162-2 and following, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The maximum amount is set in the Particular Clauses Book (CCP)
