1.The object of the order is the service of the current maintenance of the urban green areas of Nowy Sącz.

2.The Contracting Authority divides the order into 2 parts, hereinafter referred to as 'Tasks

2.1.Task I - Maintenance of the urban green areas of Nowy Sącz: parks, green areas, roadside greenery, National Memorial Sites.

2.2.2.Task II - Maintenance of urban green spaces adjacent to built-up properties.

3. For detailed descriptions of the item of the order, see the Specification of the Order Terms, hereinafter referred to as the “specification”.

4. The Contractor is obliged for the duration of the order to dispose of the site in the area of the City of Nowy Sącz or in its immediate vicinity (i.e. a maximum of 5 km from the city limits) for the purpose of carrying out the service, including, among other things, storage purchased by the Ordering Party: trees and shrubs, benches and wood derived from felling and care of trees, as part of the implementation of the service in question.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes mowing greens, keeping greenery and park alleys clean, raking greens, forming street trees, hedges and shrubs, work on high trees: felling, care and technical cuts, windbreak removal, making gauges over the road, planting trees, shrubs and hedges, caring for new plantings, establishing a lawn, renovation and installation of park benches, grubbing up shrubs, removing stumps, planting (summer, autumn) and care of flowerbeds, planting and care of plants in containers, gazons, pots and amplés, maintenance of greenery on Krasiński Square, the so-called Kocich Plant, maintenance of National Memorial Sites.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of areas covered by the contract together with quality requirements for the performance of the service being the subject of the contract, is specified in Annex 1 to the specifications.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes mowing greenery, keeping greenery clean, raking greenery, forming hedges and shrubs, work on high trees: felling, care and technical cutting, removal of windbreaks, planting trees, shrubs and hedges, care of new plantings, setting up a lawn, renovation and installation of park benches, grubbing up bushes, removing stumps, year-round maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots and roads inside housing estates.
