The subject of the contract is the delivery of hardware and software under the “Digital Municipality” program. The detailed scope of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject Order, hereinafter referred to as “

Proceedings for the award of the contract are conducted in the mode of unlimited tender pursuant to Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended).

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.
