The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of reception, transport and development of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from the owners of the property resided and created on the premises and bus stops located in the territory of the Municipality of Wińsko
The subject of the order was divided into two parts:
- Part 1 - Reception, transport and development of municipal waste arising on real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Wińsko
- Part 2 - Reception, transport and development of municipal waste arising on facilities and bus stops belonging to the municipality of Wińsko
Reception, transport and development of municipal waste arising on property inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Wińsko1) The subject of the contract is the provision of reception, transport and development services of all municipal waste arising on property residing in the territory of the municipality of Wińsko (Annex No. 11 of the SWZ), the types of which, together with waste codes, are defined by Annex 19 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall bear the total costs associated with the transport, receipt and management of the waste and any other costs associated with the execution of the contract. The Contractor within the subject of the contract will also equip the property inhabited with containers, containers and waste bags according to the quantity and capacity indicated in point 11; the cost shall also include the levy for the placement of waste in the landfill, the so-called marshal charge for the mass of waste, the disposal of which by storage will be necessary during the use of waste received by the Contractor;
2) Organization of the object of the order
The collection of municipal waste directly from the property (with the exception of the waste listed in point 2 (f), the collection of which is carried out only from the pharmacies indicated) will be broken down into:
(a) unsegregated waste (mixed municipal waste);
(b) glass;
(c) plastics, multi-product packaging waste, metals;
(d) paper;
(e) biowaste;
(f) medicines — from the pharmacies and health institutions listed in Annex 8 to SWZ.
3) The maximum quantities of municipal waste generated in the territory of the municipality of Wińsko in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2024:

Reception, transport and development of municipal waste arising on facilities and bus stops belonging to the Municipality of Wińsko1) The subject of the contract is the provision of reception, transport and development services of mixed municipal waste collected: in rural lounges and in TSO units in the territory of the municipality of Wińsko (Annex 15 to SWZ), at bus stops and in street baskets (Annex No. 16 to SWZ), at the building of the Wińsko Municipality Office (address: Liberty Square 2, Wińsko) and at the market square (Ciemna Street) in Wińsk. The Contractor shall bear the total costs associated with the transport, receipt and management of the waste and any other costs associated with the execution of the contract. The Contractor shall also equip the lights with waste containers according to the quantity and capacity indicated in Annex 17 to SWZ. In addition, the cost should also include the levy for the placement of waste in the landfill, the so-called marshal levy for the mass of waste, the disposal of which will be necessary during the use of waste collected by the Contractor;
2) Estimated quantity in Mg received municipal waste in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2024 r 50,00 Mg.
3. The Contractor shall be obliged to receive mixed municipal waste from bus stops and street baskets indicated in Annex 16 to SWZ once every two weeks.
4. The Contractor is obliged to collect mixed municipal waste from the village lounges indicated in Annex 15 to SWZ twice a month;
5) The Contractor is obliged to receive mixed municipal waste from the building of the Wińsko Municipality Office and from the market square once every two weeks;
