The client should be relieved of the management of four municipal accommodations. The management activities include:
1. Attendance during municipal accommodation opening hours;
2. Facilitating the building users;
3. Keeping the buildings clean;
4. Managing administrators/seconded staff municipality;
5. Initiate and facilitate user meetings.
The purpose of the tender is to conclude a contract with one contractor for the management of four municipal accommodation units for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority has an annual maximum budget for managing accommodation of €50,000 per year.
