1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of cash register sets along with the provision of maintenance services and the delivery of licenses for the management system.

2. The procurement procedure shall be conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605), hereinafter referred to as the 'PPL Act' or 'the PPL'.

3. This order is a sector order.
