The subject of the contract is the collection and development through the recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from the property located in the Sochaczew Municipality, where residents reside, as well as from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste Collection (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), located in Kąty 1A.

The subject of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Sochaczew Municipality, as well as from the Selective Site of Municipal Waste Collection, in a manner ensuring that the appropriate levels are achieved recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of the biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the following:

- the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended)

- the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (item 779 as amended),

- Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (item 906, item 906),

- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of the mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste (item 2412, item 2412).

- Act of 17 December 2020 amending the law on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities and certain other laws (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 2361)

- Resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Sejmic No 3/19 of 22.01.2019 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 together with annexes,

- the Rules of Procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Sochaczew Community during the duration of the contract.
