The project concerns the renovation of the main building and sports building with an area of approximately 10,000 m2 GFA.

The main building is being renovated in phases and must therefore partly remain in operation (two phases of approx. 50%)

The procedure is outlined in TenderNed. For the exact description and details we refer to the Selection Instructions.

For example, twice a round of Questions-NvIs is included and the requirements are presented in a clustered manner. The selection guidelines are therefore leading.

Renovation of the main building and sports building with an area of approximately 10,000 m2 GFA.

The adjustments concern:

- internal demolition of a number of walls and the installation of new walls,

- replacing the suspended ceilings and work on lighting,

- where necessary adapt wall and floor finishes and doors (including colors),

- aesthetic adjustments to the entrances of both buildings,

- supply and install heat pump for heat and cold for improving the climate,

- replacement of WtW units and expansion of the number of AHUs for improving ventilation,

- replacement of all radiators and convectors,

- expansion of data installations.
