The Ministry of Transport administers the owner interests of the state in the state owned limited companies Avinor AS, Nye Veier AS, Vygruppen AS, Norsk tog AS, Entur AS, Spordrift AS and Bane NOR SF. The ministry would like to enter into a framework agreement for financial services in order to see to the need for financial assistance with the owner management of the ministry's companies.
The framework agreement will be signed with a tenderer that has the required competence to assist the ministry with consultancy services within capital structure, financial prognoses, efficiency measures, management information, and value assessments.
The estimated consumption in the first year of the contract is NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement will have a value of NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT, including options for an extension of the framework agreement. The framework agreement period will be two years. Option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time up to twice (2+1+1).
The framework agreement is not exclusive.

It is also possible that the Ministry of Transport can need financial assistance in other areas connected to the above in the framework agreement period.
The estimated consumption in the first year of the contract is NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT. The need for financial assistance is currently expected to decrease somewhat during the framework agreement period. Due to the uncertainty in the ministry's future needs, the framework agreement is estimated to have a value of NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT, including options for an extension of the framework agreement. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority, and there is no purchasing obligation. The framework agreement will be valid from the date stated on the front page of the contract (commissioning date) for two years. Option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time up to twice (2+1+1).
The framework agreement is not exclusive.
