Technical management and maintenance service for all workstations (Personal Computers and related peripherals) and mobile operating devices (such as tablets and smartphones) of all the Group companies Juno.

Fleet Management service consisting of:

— management and maintenance of the hardware and software of the workstations (understood as a set assigned to the individual user: Personal Computer, Desktop and Laptop, keyboard, video, mouse and where applicable scanner, plotter , printer), hereinafter for the shortness of PDL and the operating tablets and smartphones, present on all offices of the Hera Group,

— storage and management of spare parts at its centralized warehouses.

For the contractual period of 36 months, possibly renewable for a further 12 months at the same prices, agreements and conditions, at the sole discretion of the customer.
