The agreement consists of transporting pupils, residing within the municipal borders of Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel, Oirschot and Reusel-De Mierden to and from schools for (special) primary, (secondary) special education, secondary education and internship addresses in various places. Transport will be carried out with special care, given the problems and any disabilities/restrictions of the pupils. The Contractor is responsible for the student until the student has been transferred to the parents/carers or to the school/internship, maintaining supervision of the other pupils.

The transport of pupils is divided into two parcels for this tender based on the combination rides that take place from the Kempen municipalities and from Oirschot.

An agreement and a reserve bank agreement is concluded per municipality, because there are separate cash flows.
