The Term Maintenance Contract is for both Passenger Lifts and Domestic Lifts (through floor lifts, stair lifts, hoists etc.) in residential properties.

Passenger lifts will be covered by a fully Comprehensive Contract (Servicing, Call-outs, Repairs and Supplementary Testing) and Domestic Lifts will be covered by a fixed process arrangement for servicing with repairs charged as per a schedule of rates.
