1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the Białystok City Hall, organizational units of the City of Białystok and other entities
2. The scope of the order includes:
1) Part I - Purchase of electricity for the needs of the Białystok City Hall and organizational units of the City of Białystok listed in Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference.
2) Part II - Purchase of electricity for the needs of the municipalities listed in Appendix 1B to the Terms of Reference.
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the locations and description of electricity collection points, is included in Appendices 2A and 2B to the Terms of Reference.
4. The order should be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and its implementing acts and Polish Standards.
